Revelation

Monday, July 22, 2002 Rod Marshall

I get a lot of e-mails. They keep me in touch with who and what needs praying about around the world. It helps me to keep my feet upon the ground — at least I would like to think so. … Read more

The Look

Monday, May 27, 2002 Rod Marshall

On Sunday, at church, there were, in front of me, a mum, dad, and three girls. The smallest one clung to her dad's knee, so he bent down and picked her up. As she looked over his shoulder, she was … Read more

Worldwide Ministry

Pray
Monday, November 2, 2026 – In Uganda — After much preparation, 19 of our high schoolers travelled to Uganda for ministry. One location, called Fountain of Hope, is a new children's centre, with little more than dirt floors, it serves nearby families. One student said, "They have so little and yet are so joyful; ." Our teens recognized that the children's joy was directly related to their love for Jesus. The experience confirmed another's calling to be a teacher, maybe in a very similar place.

Today's Thought

Our life is full of brokenness – broken relationships, broken promises, broken expectations. How can we live with that brokenness without becoming bitter and resentful except by returning again and again to God's faithful presence in our lives. – Henri Nouwen6
