Friday, April 18, 1997 Kenn Stright

One of the most beautiful sounds I've ever heard were the Waywayseecappo Sacred Drummers in Manitoba. When I first invited the drum into the church for a sacred wedding song, the drummers thought I had lost my senses — drums … Read more

Sing A New Song

Thursday, April 17, 1997 Kenn Stright

The importance of music means that if the church wants to reach out to new communities, new people, new generations, it must use (get ready now…) new music. When I was a child, most Protestant churches sang hymns such as … Read more

Worldwide Ministry

Pray
Friday, September 11, 2026 – In the Middle East 2 — Recently, several of the group came to visit and bless our new apartment. What began as a casual visit became an impromptu time of sharing, reading Scripture together, and prayer. In a quiet way, Abdullah's death has drawn this fragile community closer together. Pray for me as the men of the group have shown new interest in being discipled and mentored to lead the group in Abdullah's absence.
