In this life, both before and after becoming a renewed Christian, I've lived through many trials, tribulations, persecutions, sinfulness, devastating losses of loved ones, financial struggles, spiritual insecurity (due to my lack of faith), fears, worries, pain, heartbreak, et cetera. I know most of us have. This is part of life. This is part of the Christian life.

Revelation 21:4 – And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things are passed away. (KJV)

Here is another beautiful promise for all God's children. This is another reason to share Jesus our Christ with those far off from Him, those who are hurting, and those heading in a downward spiral. Let us ever do our best to share the gospel message of salvation with the unsaved, that they may be given hope and a future with Him.

As for us, no matter what our trials, hurts, despairings, disappointments, and troubles, Jesus lives!

For now, we must live and walk in this world. There may be many valleys before our final destination, but we need not live and walk in fear, for our Lord Christ is always with us. While we await any of our future heavenly promises, like today's Scripture, we can live in Christ's freely-given hope, love, and peace, and so much more. Whoever will come to Him may come to Him, and all who come to Him will receive from Him.

Not only does Jesus our Christ hold our future in His gentle, caring hands, He moulds us and brings to pass His every promise and plan for us. No matter how dark and dingy the present may seem, Jesus the light is with us to show us the way and lead us up and out into His tomorrow for us. We may not yet know our tomorrow, but He lovingly increases our faith so that we begin to see what it holds.

In Christ's love and by His grace, all our trials and tribulations come — to pass. He reveals and shares with us His glorious victory of bringing us through.

As we hold on to Him, He holds onto us. He will never let us go. Whatever trial we are currently going through will end, because He lives! He will not end. We will not end. We'll journey on together to our heavenly rewards and enjoy them forever.

Prayer: Blessed Lord, You live! Thank You. You are indeed literally Lord of everything; Lord of our good and great times, Lord of every trial, trouble, and pain, et cetera. Thank You for the now, for our future, and every promise still to be fulfilled. Worship and praises to Your faithful, holy name! Amen and Amen.
