Your What?

2 Corinthians 12:9 – And He has said to me "My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness."

"I told him to stop! It made no difference. He said it was my fault. I must have done something…" The pain was so real you felt you could reach out and touch the jagged edges of the wound. Then another voice was heard, "…My Grace is sufficient for you."

"Your what?"

"My Grace. My mercy. God's Riches At Christ's Expense."

"But he said it was my fault. I know I did something. I must have…"

"It wouldn't matter if you had. It is Grace that reaches across the line of sin and brings you back to Me. Grace provides a way out of sin, a way to conquer sin. It is My power at work in your life, healing, strengthening. My Grace is more abundant than any sin. My Grace is power in action."

"Lord, where do I find Your grace?"

"It is freely offered, freely given, just take the hand I hold out to you, come to Me, ask and you shall receive."

Her tears changed from tears of pain to tears of relief in the presence of the grace of God.

God's grace is sufficient for whatever we face, no matter how large the battle, no matter how impossible the situation, His grace will see you through. I know. I am this person.

Prayer: Thank you Lord that you have promised to never leave me or forsake me. Thank you Lord that your grace is always sufficient for me. I choose to reach out for the hand that You offer. To cling to Your hope and to cry out for Your grace knowing that You will provide all I need. I will rise each day and rest each night in the presence of the Lord, secure in His love and His Grace. Amen.
